2026 SCW Spring Ice Show – “The Woman Behind The Men” – April 17th & 18th
The Skating Club of Wilmington’s Annual Spring Ice Show, The Woman Behind The Men, is scheduled for April 17th, 2026 and April 18th, 2026. Online tickets are available for pick-up at the box office any weekday from 9:00AM to 4:00PM or on the night of the show. They will not be mailed. Once tickets are charged, there is no refund, but you may exchange tickets for a different night if they are available. However, exchanges will not be permitted the week of the show. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your online sale.

When the founders of our skating club built our rink in 1964, they added an amazing opportunity for the Wilmington community to gather their families and have some quality time together on the ice. Who knew that 60 years later, the technology developed on our planet would change the way families interact. SCW still offers all the original objectives outlined by the founders in their mission statement: family skating, competitive skating, synchronized skating, and ice hockey.
Our Spring Ice Show is a source of pride for our Club and presents our skaters with an exciting opportunity to perform. The show also presents our members with an opportunity to contribute to the Club’s future success.
A rink built in 1964 has its needs. We are currently focusing on two essential projects to preserve and and improve our rink. This includes the restoration of our ionic arched window and upgrading the rink’s exterior surveillance system to enhance the safety and security for all.
